SHIPPING POLICY

Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 6 to 12 business days after payment has been confirmed.

The estimated delivery time is 6 to 20 business days from the shipping date.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (local time) will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as Black Friday, product launches, or holidays), processing time may be extended by up to 5 additional business days.

TheBrickBlaster is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or packages held at customs, and no refunds will be issued due to delays in these cases.


Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
If a free shipping promotion is available, it will be clearly displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

The first tracking update may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Spain / European Union

If the order ships from within the EU, import duties are generally not applied, although specific fees may still occur depending on each country.
If the order ships from outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties, or other charges may apply under local regulations.

International Shipping (outside the EU)

Customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes may apply depending on each country’s rules and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is rejected due to customs charges or import restrictions, TheBrickBlaster will refund only the product value once the item is returned to our facilities, minus:

  • The original shipping cost

  • Return shipping charges

  • Any customs or handling fees incurred


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
TheBrickBlaster is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address may be reshipped once the customer pays the new shipping costs.

No refunds will be issued for orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.


Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages

Most carriers make two delivery attempts.
If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a pickup point for a limited period.
If the package is not collected, it will be returned to TheBrickBlaster.

In such cases, customers may request:

  • Reshipment of the order (shipping fees apply), or

  • A refund, minus applicable shipping and handling fees


Damaged or Lost Packages

Please check the condition of the package at delivery:

  • If the package arrives damaged, refuse delivery or note the issue on the carrier's slip.
    Contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the box and the product.

If tracking shows β€œDelivered” but you haven’t received your order, notify us within 7 calendar days so we can open an investigation.

Once confirmed that the loss or damage is attributable to the carrier, TheBrickBlaster will either reship the product or issue a full refund.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Countries under sanctions or trade restrictions

Some restricted items (e.g., lithium batteries, pressurized aerosols) may require special handling and longer transit times.


Changes to This Policy

TheBrickBlaster reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated version is published on thebrickblaster.com.
