Returns, Warranty and Refund Policy

  1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made from TheBrickBlaster (β€œwe”, β€œour”, β€œus”) on savenor.com, with delivery to Spain or any other country/region where we offer shipping.

Nothing in this policy limits the non-waivable consumer rights established by the laws of the country of delivery. In case of conflict, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the place of delivery will prevail.

Time limit:

Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK: 14 calendar days from delivery (by law).

TheBrickBlaster offers the same period for all destinations.

Return shipping: Paid by the consumer.

Conditions: Product unused, complete and in its original packaging. Excludes personalized items or hygiene/intimate items once opened.

Legal warranty (quality / fitness / safety)

Time limit: EU: 2 years from delivery.

Return shipping: Paid by TheBrickBlaster when applicable.

Conditions: Repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.

TheBrickBlaster commercial warranty

Time limit: 90 calendar days.

Return shipping: Paid by the consumer.

Conditions: Only unused products, complete and in their original condition. Subject to inspection.

Transport damage / wrong item received

Time limit: Recommended: within 48 hours from delivery.

Return shipping: Paid by TheBrickBlaster.

Conditions: Photos of the outer packaging, label and product are required.

The period starts the day after delivery to the consumer or an authorized third party.

  1. Right of withdrawal / Change-of-mind returns

Consumers in the EU (including Spain): you may return the product without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from delivery (statutory right of withdrawal).

TheBrickBlaster voluntarily offers the same right in all countries.

Conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, complete (including accessories and manuals) and in its original packaging.

  • Excluded: personalized products, intimate or hygiene items once opened, or items that by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the product, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  1. Legal warranty (non-commercial)

This warranty reflects the mandatory consumer rights established under Spanish and European law:

  • Duration: 2 years from delivery.

  • Coverage: lack of conformity, quality defects or safety issues.

  • Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse, impact or drops, moisture, excessive heat, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow instructions.

Possible solutions (in accordance with the law):

  • Free repair within a reasonable period; or

  • Replacement with an equivalent product; or

  • Refund of the amount paid.

If the defect persists after a repair, the consumer may request replacement or a refund.
TheBrickBlaster will cover transportation costs in valid legal warranty cases.

  1. TheBrickBlaster commercial warranty (90 days)

In addition to legal rights, TheBrickBlaster offers a voluntary commercial warranty of 90 calendar days from delivery.

Conditions:

  • Only accepted if the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.

  • Must include all accessories and original packaging.

  • Excluded: items that are tampered with, dirty, damaged, wet, impacted, or repaired by third parties.

Coverage:

  • Only manufacturing defects are covered.

  • Does not cover wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, negligence, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or damage occurring during return shipping.

Shipping costs:

  • Paid by the customer.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, TheBrickBlaster will refund the price of the product (excluding the original shipping cost).

Outcome after inspection (at TheBrickBlaster’s discretion):

  • Replacement with the same or an equivalent product (subject to availability); or

  • Refund of the amount paid.

  1. Return procedure (RMA)

Send an email to thebrickblaster@outlook.com stating: order number, reason (withdrawal / legal warranty / commercial warranty), photos or video, and delivery date.

You will receive a return authorization with instructions.

Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase.

Ship the package within 7 days from authorization and keep the shipping receipt.

  1. Inspection and refunds

We will inspect returned items within a maximum of 5 business days after receipt.

If the return is approved, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 10 business days (and never later than 14 days in the case of withdrawal returns).

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of TheBrickBlaster error, wrong product, or confirmed defect.

  1. Voluntary exchanges

You may request an exchange for another model or color within 15 calendar days from delivery, provided the product is new and in its original packaging.

Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Subject to stock availability.

  1. Transport damage or incorrect item

If the package arrives damaged or the item is not the correct one, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging, label and product.
TheBrickBlaster will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

  1. Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of personal products that have been opened or used, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered by the warranty.

  1. Unclaimed packages or incorrect address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or refusal not attributable to TheBrickBlaster, we may deduct the outbound and return shipping costs and a reasonable logistics fee from the refund.
